What does it cover?

How is it structured?
Three live 1:1 sessions, longer than the candle course. Session 1 is theory plus business guidance, Session 2 the practical, Session 3 doubts.
Do you build my website or register my business?
No. We show you the sites and what each needs, from buying a domain on GoDaddy to GST and barcodes. You do it yourself, and we review your store 30 days later.
With kit or without kit?
With kit, everything for the practical is sent to you. Without kit, you get our vendor list and shopping list, then make along or watch live. Sessions and support are the same.
Can I attend in person without the kit?
Yes. Bring your own materials, or use ours on the day at cost. You keep what you make.
Do I need a GST number first?
No. We explain what you need and when. You apply yourself; this is guidance, not legal or tax advice.
Do you share your suppliers?
Yes, our named Indian supplier directory.
Can I attend in person?
Yes, in Delhi, at the same fee. Online sessions are open across India and abroad.
How much does the masterclass cost?
Rs 7,999 without the kit, or Rs 9,999 with the full materials and tools kit. The fee is the same online or in person in Delhi.
Is a candle business profitable in India?
It can be, if it is priced on real costs. We show you how to cost every product, set retail and bulk prices, and hold a price floor, using the method Mikaya uses for its own range.
Can I sell candles without GST registration?
It depends on your turnover and where you sell. Most online marketplaces ask for GST from the start. We explain what applies to you and when; this is guidance, not tax advice.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A certificate of completion from Mikaya India, signed by Bhumika Sadana, when you finish all sessions.
How do I start a candle making business from home?
Learn the products properly first, cost each one, then register and start selling. Session One walks you through each step as guidance, using the method Mikaya uses. You register, buy and build yourself.
Do you help with a candle making business plan?
We cover what a plan needs: product costs, retail and bulk pricing, suppliers and where to sell. You write the plan yourself.
Do you teach reed diffuser making?
Yes. Module 7 covers diffuser bases and reeds, a reed diffuser that lasts 60–90 days, car diffusers and room sprays. The kit includes a diffuser base (Augeo) and DPG, and you make a diffuser in the practical.
Which wax is best for wax melts?
Module 3 compares soy, coconut and beeswax and how to choose a wax for each product, and Module 5 covers wax melts in full.
Are there candle making classes near me?
If you are in or near Delhi, sessions run one-to-one at our Delhi studio. Anywhere else in India, the same sessions run live on video, and every session is recorded.
