We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped, as each candle is made or packed to order.

Slight variations in color, texture, or scent intensity are natural in handmade products and do not qualify as defects.

However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To help us process your request, kindly share a short unboxing video showing the issue clearly from the moment the package is opened.
Exchanges

In cases where the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Exchanges are processed only after the original claim has been verified by our team.

If the product you ordered is out of stock, you may choose a replacement of equal value or request a refund.
Refunds (Applicable Only for Approved Cases)

Refunds will be initiated only if a replacement is not possible.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
