Shipping

  • Every Mikaya candle is hand-poured in small batches, ensuring quality and craftsmanship.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of purchase and shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 4–6 business days

    • Other regions: 6–9 business days

  • A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • We currently ship across India only.

Please note: Slight variations in color, scent strength, or texture are natural to handmade products and do not indicate defects.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders once placed are immediately scheduled for production and packing. However, if you need to cancel, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 7303242069 within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After this period, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order as it enters the fulfillment process.

  • Prepaid order refunds (for accepted cancellations only) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • While we work with reliable shipping partners, Mikaya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier, weather, or regional restrictions.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner.

Damaged Parcels During Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the damage from the moment the package is opened.

  • This helps us verify the claim and coordinate a replacement efficiently.
