Every Mikaya candle is hand-poured in small batches, ensuring quality and craftsmanship.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of purchase and shipped via trusted courier partners.

    • Metro cities: 4–6 business days

    • Other regions: 6–9 business days

A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

We currently ship across India only.

Please note: Slight variations in color, scent strength, or texture are natural to handmade products and do not indicate defects.


Order cancellations

As every order is made or packed to order, orders begin moving into production and packing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mikayaindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7303242069.

Cancellation requests may be considered only before production or packing has begun and are subject to the sole discretion of the Mikaya team. Once production or packing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Where a cancellation request is approved, any refund will be issued as store credit only.


Lost or delayed orders

While we work with reliable shipping partners, Mikaya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier, weather, or regional restrictions.

If your package is lost in transit, we'll coordinate with our courier partner to verify the shipment. Once the claim is verified, we'll arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue store credit at the sole discretion of the Mikaya team.


Damaged parcels during transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the damage from the moment the package is opened.

This helps us verify the claim and coordinate a replacement efficiently.

Where an approved claim cannot be resolved through a replacement, we may issue store credit at the sole discretion of the Mikaya team.
