  • However, as our candles are handmade, minor variations are expected and are not considered defects.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received through our secure payment gateway.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, technical error, or payment issues.

  • In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your order status.

  • Mikaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed are scheduled for production and packing.

  • If you need to cancel, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 7303242069 within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • As each candle is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video as proof.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Mikaya.

  • It may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
